How are packages shipped?
All orders are dispatched via either Royal Mail or DPD depending on weight and size.
What days do you despatch on?
We dispatch items Monday to Friday.
How discreet is the packaging?
All orders are shipped in plain a brown cardboard box, with no branding on the outer packaging so your delivery agent will never know the contents of your delivery.
How long will it take for my delivery to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 2 to 3 working days to arrive. 24 hours express options are also available. (please note we do not dispatch items on Saturday's or Sunday's)
How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery comes free with all orders over £30, additional costs apply for next day delivery.
Can I get my order faster?
Yes, if you order before 12pm for a small fee you’ll able to get your order the following day.
What is the cut off time for next day delivery?
You will need to place your order before 12pm and select express delivery to ensure you receive your delivery the following day.
Do you send to International addresses?
Currently we only deliver within the UK. Please contact us prior to placing your order for all delivery’s outside of the UK and we will quote you on this.
Can I send a gift or subscription box to a different address?
Yes, you will have the option to select both a delivery and billing address in our checkout.
How do I track my order?
Tracking information will be sent with your dispatch notice via email.
When will I receive my first quarterly box?
Quarterly Subscription Boxes will be billed on the first day of the month and dispatched on the first Monday of the month.
How do I cancel or pause my account?
To cancel or pause your subscription box, please log in to your accounts page found on our website
Please note that once payment has been taken, we are unable to cancel your order, so please cancel before the billing dates.
Will I receive different items each month?
Absolutely, all products for subscription boxes are changed and recorded each month so as you never receive repeat goods.
I already have selection of toys and I don’t want the same things sent in my subscription box, what do I do?
Please email us at email@example.com. and we will ensure you don’t receive items you already have and don’t worry all emails are completely confidential.
I have already purchased a 'one-off' Tantalize Me gift box, so don’t want the same products sent in my subscription box, what do I do?
When placing your order please add to the order notes which one-off Tantalize Me gift box you previously purchased so we can ensure you don’t receive repeat products.
Can I choose subscription boxes?
Yes, we have 6 different options available for quarterly subscriptions. These options can be found on the subscriptions page of our website.
Can I return my purchase if I am not satisfied with it?
If you wish to return your order you can do so within 30 days of the receipt of the parcel. Please fill in the returns slip included in your package with the details of your return and whether you would like a refund or an exchange item. Don’t forget to include your reason for returning the item – please see the form for the list of reasons. Please be aware we can not accept any returns where the individual items have been opened due to hygiene reasons, any items returned to us that have been opened can be posted back to you at your arrangement or we can re-send to you on receipt of the cost of postage and packing.

How do I activate my products warranty?
Please refer to the Instructions and manufacturers warranties Included with your product.
My product is faulty / defective, what do I do?
Please ensure your warranty has been activated with the products manufacturer and communicate with them for the next steps, if you need help please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I clean my product / is it waterproof?
Please check the Individual products Instructions and manufactures handbook for best advice on this.
How do I store my item?
Best storage of products is in a cool, dry area, which is out of direct sunlight. Please remove batteries after use, rechargeable products should be partially charged before storage. Please check instructions for all products for specific guidelines and advice.
How do I know if my product is charging?
Please refer to the Individual products Instructions as this will differ between products.
I have lost the mains charger or USB lead, how do I obtain a new one?
Please check within products guide / instructions, if this is no longer available please contact us at email@example.com.
How do I replace the battery for my product?
Please check your products guide / Instructions, if this is no longer available please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I am a plus size lady, do you have lingerie items for my figure?
We currently stock only small, medium and large options which cover dress sizes 8-14. Sizes 6 and 16 are also available from our manufacturer so please just contact us at email@example.com. if either option suits you better and we will do our best to source this for you as quickly as possible.
Do you take request for items you stock or place in your gift boxes?
Yes, build your own gift boxes are most certainly available and all discounts are carried over. Please choose from all our current stock items displayed on the website and select which you would like to Include in the box and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then get back to you to confirm pricing and the order.
An item is missing from my gift box, what do I do?
Although this is extremely rare please contact us if you have an item missing at email@example.com.
Do you accommodate allergies?
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. prior to your order so we can ensure the items are suitable for you. If you have already received your order please check the individual product advice. Please note we cannot accept returns for items that have already been opened so if you are unsure please contact us.
Do your products protect against STD's or Pregnancy?
We recommend practicing safe sex to protect against unwanted pregnancy or sexually transmitted diseases as the individual products will not protect you. Contraception is included within some of our gift boxes please follow instructions to ensure they are used correctly.
